The lighting fixture hoist shall be equipped with the following functions:
1) The intelligent lifting control system consists of a controller, a remote controller and a local wired control panel box. The controller is installed inside the hoist, the remote controller is used for portable manual operation, and the wired control panel is fixedly installed inside the control box;
2) The system has the following functions:
Lifting, lowering and stopping functions
In response to commands from the remote controller or the local control panel, the ascending, descending and stopping operations of the hoist can be realized;
Stroke memory function
The hoist can record the stopping position of the previous descending operation. The user can save the position by pressing the storage key; when the descending operation key is pressed in the next use, the device will automatically stop when it descends to the memorized position;
485 signal line control (wired control)
The controller is equipped with a built-in 485 communication interface, which is connected to the panel in the control panel via a 485 communication cable, enabling convenient wired control of the hoist (please contact our company in advance during purchase if computer control is required).
How can higher safety and reliability be achieved to offer greater peace of mind to customers?
1) The product is equipped with a precise rope arrangement system, which enables ordered winding of steel wire ropes and prevents ascending and descending malfunctions caused by rope pressing or overlapping;
2) The product features a safety locking function, with the electromagnetic lock bearing the working load. When the lifter remains stationary, long-term load bearing by the steel wire rope will lead to certain clearance and poor contact, which this function addresses;
3) Furthermore, all load-bearing components of the lighting lifter must meet specified load-bearing standards;
4) During product assembly, all assemblers are proficient in the function of each component and can perform corresponding adjustments, ensuring a 100% product qualification rate before delivery.
